These types of programs are mostly used as a guide for senior management groups. More detailed programming on a daily basis depending on the supply of secondary equipment and materials, and ultimately the Critical Path Method programming will be applied on them in order to determine on which activity the allocation of the resources should be concentrated for the compensation of delay in work and its timing.
