Together referred to as the “Parties.”
1. Subject of the Agreement
The SELLER agrees to sell, and the BUYER agrees to purchase, the electronic Product/s (“eProduct/s”) described as:

2. Delivery
- The eProduct/s will be delivered electronically.
- Upon successful payment, the BUYER will receive a secure link or access credentials to download the eProduct/s.
- Delivery is considered complete once the BUYER has access to the download link.
3. Payment Terms
The BUYER agrees to pay the SELLER the purchase price of the electronic Products using one of the following methods:
- Credit Card: Payment processed through the SELLER’s secure payment gateway.
- Bank Transfer: Payment made directly to the SELLER’s designated bank account.
Payment must be completed before the eProduct/s download link is provided.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- The BUYER obtains a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the eProduct/s for personal purposes only.
- The BUYER may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or modify the eProduct/s without prior written consent from the SELLER.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
- In accordance with Turkish consumer protection law, digital content delivered electronically is generally non-refundable once download has begun.
6. Changes and Replacement
- The SELLER welcomes the opinions and suggestions of the BUYER regarding any technical issues or problems encountered in the eProduct/s purchased. The SELLER has the right to make necessary changes to the eProduct/s including calculation tables, upon notification by the BUYER, provided that such changes are verified and deemed appropriate by the SELLER.
- In any case, the SELLER reserves the right to revise the relevant eProduct/s at any time on his own initiative, and to provide the revised versions to the BUYER and all other BUYERS free of charge, accompanied by a new revision index.
- The document named as Buyer’s Feedback Form on the Product under E-Commerce Information on the Home page of this website is an integral part of this Agreement, and approval of this Agreement by the BUYERmeans that the terms and conditions in this document are also approved and confirmed by the BUYER.
7. Limitation of Liability
The SELLER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the eProduct/s.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
9. Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep all commercial and technical information obtained under this Agreement strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
10. Force Majeure
Neither Party shall be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions.
11. Data Protection
The SELLER shall process the BUYER’s personal data only for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
12.Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.
